Session are either 60 or 90 minutes, including intake and outtake, and take place on zoom. By request, I (can) also work over the phone.

Before we begin, I invite you to share with me your experience of your issue. I may ask clarifying questions, or share my psychic sensing with you, with the intention to deepen your awareness into the issue.

During the healing, you are welcome to relax and receive in silence, or process your experience with me - whichever feels more supportive to your process.

As things are released, they can come to the surface of your awareness in a variety of ways. Sometimes, old memories may emerge, or you may experience intense feelings of discomfort. At other times, you may fall into deep states of bliss or stillness. You may also not notice anything. Regardless, the energy is working to clear layers of conditioning from your system.

After the session, pay attention to your experience for the following three days, as this work can take time to embody. You might notice changes in your feelings, reactions, behaviors, relationships, or overall experience of life. Sometimes the results of the work can show up in surprising and unexpected ways.

In combination with my energy healing work, I also offer 60 or 90 minute in-home bodywork sessions for chronic tension, physical injury, or patterns of past trauma. This hands-on work helps your nervous system settle, releases held patterns, and helps reconnect your body with its natural intelligence - all in the safety of your own space.

This hands-on work is informed by the principles of the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and Somatic Unwinding. It is not massage therapy.

All in-home bodywork sessions are charged at 1.5x the below rates.

60 minute Sessions:

• Single: $100-120 sliding scale

• 3 session package: $320 (save $40)

• 5 session package: $540 (save $60)

• 10 session package: $1080 (save $120)

90 minute Sessions:

• Single: $115-135 sliding scale

• 3 session package: $360 (save $45)

• 5 session package: $600 (save $75)

• 10 session package: $1200 (save $150)

Note on packages:

All packages are transferrable (sharable with friends and family) and expire within one year of purchase.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Drug & alcohol policy:

Please come to sessions sober, aside from any necessary prescribed medications. Substances - especially hallucinogens - can interfere with the clarity and efficacy of energy healing work.

If you arrive under the influence, I reserve the right to refuse service, and you will be charged for the session.
